Queensland Gives is a perpetual public charitable trust formed under a Trust Deed as Queensland Community Foundation. As Trustee of Queensland Gives, The Public Trustee is the sole responsible entity pursuant to the ACNA Act 2012.

The Trustee has the responsibility for the administration, investment and distribution of Trust Funds. The Trustee will determine the distributions from the fund at his discretion, after considering the recommendations of the Board of Governors.

The Board of Governors is comprised of business, academic and community leaders. The Board’s primary role is to provide strategic and policy advice, and to recommend to the Trustee the allocation of income and/or capital of the Trust.
